Automatic Air-Release Valve YG-PTV

The automatic air-release valve works on the float-ball mechanical principle. When air is present in the pipe, it rises to the air chamber at the top of the valve body. The float ball, no longer supported by buoyancy, drops and drives the valve core to open the vent passage, and the air in the pipe is quickly discharged through the vent. As air is expelled, the water level in the pipe rises and the float ball gradually rises with the buoyancy of the water. When the ball reaches the set position it drives the valve core to close the vent tightly and stop water from escaping.
