Routine maintenance calibration

Multi-parameter water quality online analyzer_Professional version YG-WMSX02/HP

Check equipment operating status

  • After turning on the power of the device, the device enters the preheating-initialization-water-waiting-measurement state in sequence.

  • Check the water inlet status, signal status, signal strength, and device status of the device. If the font is green, the device is running normally.

  • Check the water inlet status of each measuring unit of the equipment, check the residual chlorine pH flow pool, and see whether the inlet water flow is at the lowest water level. It is normal for water to overflow from the overflow pipe of the turbidity measurement unit.

Routine equipment maintenance

  • Unscrew the screws of the turbidity measurement unit, take out the turbidity sensor, check the brightness of the light source of the turbidity sensor (do not point the sensor light source directly at your eyes), and use cotton swabs to wipe the laser lens and receiving window lens of the turbidity sensor respectively.

  • Take out the turbidity unit limit plate and use a sponge brush to clean the inside of the turbidity measuring cylinder.

  • Frequent cleaning of the disinfectant sensor is not recommended. When the error is greater than the acceptable range, just perform calibration. When it is found that the sensitivity value after calibration has dropped to 30% of the initial sensitivity, it is recommended to use cotton swabs or sandpaper with a grit of 5000 or above to wipe or polish.

Parameter calibration

Turbidity

  • Open the valve of the sampling port, put the water into the measuring bottle, wipe the wall of the measuring bottle clean, and put it into the Hach 2100Q for testing. After repeating the water test, take three close turbidity values, and the average value is used as the equipment turbidity calibration value.
  • Enter the device turbidity calibration interface, use turbidity single-point calibration, enter the calibrated turbidity value, and click Calibrate. After the calibration is completed, the turbidity value on the homepage interface will change accordingly.

Residual chlorine

  • After rinsing the residual chlorine test bottle three times, take water from the equipment sampling port to the scale line of the residual chlorine test bottle, wipe the residual chlorine measuring bottle, put it into the Hach DR300, and zero the test water sample. Pour the Hach free residual chlorine reagent into the zeroed test bottle, slightly turn the test bottle upside down, and put it into the Hach DR300 again. Test the residual chlorine content. Repeat the test several times, and take the three closest values as the residual chlorine calibration value.

PH

  • After removing the pH electrode from the flow cell and wiping away the water on the surface, place the pH electrode into the 6.86 standard solution, enter the pH standard solution calibration, select midpoint calibration, wait until there is no change in the pH probe voltage, and click Calibrate to complete the midpoint calibration.

  • Insert the pH electrode back into the flow cell again and rinse for 1-3 minutes. Use paper towels to dry the water on the surface of the pH electrode and put it into a 4.0 standard solution. In the pH standard solution calibration interface, select low-point calibration. After the pH probe voltage stabilizes, click Calibrate to complete the low-point calibration.
