Residual chlorine sensors are often used in online monitoring of drinking water quality in water plants, secondary water supply, swimming pools, piped direct drinking water, etc. It is very necessary to choose a residual chlorine sensor that measures accurately, stably and can adapt to complex water quality conditions.
The product recommended by YuanGan Technology - coated residual chlorine sensor, complete model: YG-CM/DPM (corresponding to the original model: YG-CL20/DPM).
Film coated residual chlorine sensor
Measuring range and parameters are optional
Supported measurement ranges include: 0~5mg/L, 0~20mg/L.
It can not only monitor residual chlorine, but also monitor chlorine dioxide, ozone, total chlorine and trichloroisocyanuric acid, etc., adapting to more water quality monitoring scenarios.
Electrochemical measurements
The membrane-covered residual chlorine sensor uses electrochemical residual chlorine measurement technology. Compared with colorimetric equipment, the measurement is more real-time, there is no consumption and emission of chemical reagents, and no secondary pollution to the environment.
Coated design makes measurement more stable
The membrane design of the residual chlorine sensor allows the residual chlorine component to selectively pass through during the measurement process, and keeps the working electrode under the protection of the diaphragm, making it less susceptible to contamination, making the sensor work more stable and durable.
Reduce the impact of pH changes on residual chlorine measurement
The membrane-covered design of the residual chlorine sensor can effectively reduce the impact of changes in water sample pH and fluctuations in water sample flow rate on residual chlorine measurement. Most application scenarios do not require pH compensation or accurate and stable water sample flow rate.
High sensitivity and easy calibration
The residual chlorine sensor adopts a three-electrode design, which has the characteristics of high sensitivity and good linearity.
The zero point is very stable during the measurement process and requires only single point/slope calibration, which is very convenient.
stdout
The membrane-covered disinfectant sensor adopts a digital design and provides standardized RS485 and 4-20mA interfaces to facilitate system integration.
