Product Recommendation — Yuangan Technology T3 high turbidity/suspended solids sensor solves common problems for you when the sensor works underwater
記事本文は現在英語で提供しています。
When using a high turbidity/suspended solids sensor with a hanging brush, do you encounter the following problems:
- The sensor's hanging rubber strip is prone to aging or deformation, and the light window is always scratched clean;
- The hanging brush of the sensor is entangled by objects (thread algae, aquatic plants, textiles, etc.), causing damage to the hanging brush;
- The brush motor drive shaft of the sensor is stuck or corroded by particles, causing damage to the motor or even the sensor;
- When it is necessary to measure the turbidity/concentration of liquids in water more than tens of meters deep or in high-pressure pipelines/tanks, there is concern about water seepage from the brush electrode drive shaft.
If you are still troubled by the above problems when using a high turbidity/suspended solids sensor with a hanging brush, don’t worry! The T3 version sensor of Yuanyang Technology fundamentally solves the above problems.
Product selection
Complete product model number of T3 sensor:
High turbidity 0~4000NTU: YG-TR01/T31 (POM+ABS), YG-TR01/T32 (316+ABS);
Suspended solids (sludge concentration) 0~30000mg/L: YG-SS01/T31 (POM+ABS), YG-SS01/T32 (316+ABS).
The T3 sensor uses a unique inclined air/water blowing solution to clean the light window, avoiding the use of moving parts, so that you no longer have to worry about inaccurate measurement or sensor damage due to mechanical brush failure, thereby achieving highly reliable and accurate measurement of liquid turbidity/concentration.
The T3 sensor adopts infrared scattering measurement technology that meets ISO7027 standards and maintains linearity of R 2 >0.999 in the 0-4000NTU turbidity range. At the same time, the internal fully sealed design not only meets IP68 waterproof level, but can even work in high-pressure or deep-water environments where the long-term working pressure does not exceed 6 kg (water depth 60 meters).
*Compressed air and clean tap water under pressure are usually readily available at the application site.
