Product recommendation — Yuangan Technology P1 low-range turbidity sensor overcomes the problem of micro-nano bubbles in water quality monitoring
El texto completo del artículo está disponible en inglés por ahora.
Low-range turbidity sensors are often used in online monitoring of drinking water quality in water plants, secondary water supply, piped direct drinking water, swimming pools, membrane filtration, etc. The turbidity range of water samples in the above applications is usually in the range of 0-1NTU, or even in the range of 0-0.1NTU. At this time, bubbles, especially micro-nano bubbles, in the water sample will seriously interfere with the turbidity measurement.
Since the diameter of micro-nanobubbles ranges from tens of microns to hundreds of nanometers, their volume is very small and their floating speed is extremely slow. Therefore, the grid defoaming structure used in traditional low-range turbidity sensing is difficult to completely eliminate micro-nano bubbles.
In response to the above common problems, YuanGan Technology recommends a product - pressure-resistant turbidity sensor, model: YG-TR01/P1.
P1 Turbidity Sensor
Ultra-low detection limit, pressure-resistant flow channel design, laser light source
Pressure-holding and defoaming ensures stable measurement
The P1 low-range turbidity sensor adopts a unique pressure-holding and defoaming principle. During measurement, the regulating valve set at the water outlet always maintains a certain water pressure inside the flow cell, thereby inhibiting the generation of micro-nano bubbles in the water sample and ensuring the accuracy and stability of the measurement.
Low range optional range
Supported measurement ranges include: 0~1NTU, 0~20NTU, 0~100NTU.
Its linearity R 2 >0.9999, and the measurement error is less than 2%.
Laser light source, stable measurement
The sensor light source uses a 650-660nm laser light source with a built-in high-precision current control circuit to ensure the stability and long life of the light source. This allows the sensor to work stably for a long time without measurement drift. The sensor does not require frequent calibration throughout its lifetime.
Pressure-resistant flow channel design
Using a pressure-resistant sensor structure and pressure-resistant flow channel design, there is only one water inlet and outlet in a closed waterway, which is very conducive to water sample recovery and can greatly save the waste of water resources.
Highly integrated design
It adopts a highly integrated design with a volume of only 192mm*147mm*98mm, which is very suitable for integrating multi-parameter water quality online analyzers.
Maintenance-free for a long time
The sensor cooperates with the electronically controlled sewage valve, which allows the sensor to operate without maintenance for a long time and truly realizes unattended operation.
